On 9 August 1971, W & CP Larwood officially became an International Harvester Dealer in Kadina, representing both farm machinery and motor trucks. More than 50 years later, Larwoods Ag Services continues to proudly support farmers across the Yorke Peninsula, Mid North and beyond, delivering quality machinery, exceptional service and innovative farming solutions.

The business began at 9 Graves Street, Kadina, where founder William (Bill) Larwood established the dealership after spending eight years farming and eight years in agricultural machinery sales. His firsthand experience gave him a clear vision for building a dealership farmers could rely on.

Bill's philosophy was simple: look after your customers, invest in your staff and success will follow. That customer-first approach became the foundation of Larwoods Ag Services and continues today under the leadership of Kym Flint and now Scott Mercer, ensuring the values established in 1971 remain at the heart of the business.

Today, Larwoods Ag Services operates from Kadina and Maitland, providing complete machinery sales, genuine parts, workshop servicing, precision agriculture, technical support and after-sales service throughout the Yorke Peninsula and Mid North.

As an authorised Case IH dealer, Larwoods supplies industry-leading tractors, combines, sprayers and hay equipment, supported by premium brands including MacDon, Geringhoff, Elmer's Manufacturing, Morris Equipment, K-Line Ag, Horwood Bagshaw, Equalizer, Grizzly, Agri-Spread, Highline Manufacturing, Redekop, Seed Terminator, Truline Manufacturing and Ellbourn Engineering.

Its Precision Agriculture division is one of the region's leading providers of advanced farming technology, offering solutions from Raven Industries, Ag Leader Technology, CropScan Ag and DJI Agriculture to help customers improve productivity through guidance, automation, mapping, application control, data management and aerial technology.

Larwoods also supports equipment from Merlo, Landboss, Kymco, FAE, Challenge Implements and AusCut, while its Outdoor Power Equipment department stocks trusted brands including Bushranger, Gravely, Stiga, Supaswift, Victa, Segway Navimow, GA Power Equipment, Bruder Kompressor and Catch Pro.

Today, 26 dedicated staff contribute a combined 229 years of service, bringing together experienced sales professionals, precision agriculture specialists, parts interpreters, workshop supervisors, technicians, apprentices and support staff. Their knowledge, long-standing customer relationships and ongoing training ensure customers receive the highest level of service and technical expertise.
